Once a destination feels right and our services are secured, curation begins: hotel sourcing and negotiated group rates, group contracting and room blocks, private transfers, and the celebration programme including the birthday evening itself. Flight ticketing is handled by our third-party partner agency, and the visa process is not managed by The Keona Experience.
Our fee
The Keona Experience charges a 20% service fee based on the client's total spend.
A $1,000 commitment fee is required to secure our services and commence the curation process. This is not an additional fee; it forms part of your overall invoice and will be deducted from the final balance.
